The short version
You can read every page on this site without an account, without a login, and without telling us anything about yourself. We collect information only when you choose to send it — by using the contact form, emailing, or calling us.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form.
When you are a tutoring client. The details needed to arrange and run tutoring — contact details for the student and a parent or guardian, scheduling, payment records, and the practice work we do together.
Automatically. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) for security and reliability.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes we will say so here and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Students under 18
Most of the people this site is written for are minors. That is exactly why the site asks for nothing: no account, no login, no profile, no behavioural tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. For tutoring clients, a parent or guardian arranges services and can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about their child.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate — website hosting, and an email delivery service that carries messages from the contact form — and they may process the data strictly to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Tutoring records are kept as long as needed for the service and for any tax or accounting obligation, then deleted.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in a place with specific rights — such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California — those rights apply and we will honour them without charging you or treating you differently for asking.
